Why?
This probably has to be my longest standing comic I've ever worked on. I still have the earlier comics from around 2001-2002. This was based on my obsession with Bomberman Hero, a beloved Nintendo 64 game I have (still play it sometimes!). If you noticed anything about my old comics so far, it's that I'm never just obsessed with one childhood show or game, but two. I was and still am absolutely in love with Dragonball Z. Hence, why the Dark Bomber is wearing Saiyan armor. I tried to change it up a bit in the redux to make it more "professional". I believe this my favorite comic of all time. Nothing I'd change, nothing I'd do to make it better. It was really awesome (and it's the first comic I finished in a span of 8 years!).
Well, that's the end of Bigger, Better, Faster Volume 1. Hope you enjoyed it. I will return shortly with Vol. 2: CHILDHOOD DRAWINGS! This should be fun...
I think the two were the most influential Japanese franchises of my childhood.
